Nah, they are not running for relief goods, but Yeah, they are racing against time and tides.

It seems, Paranoia and Bad Rumor are merging very well for denizens of Bgy. San Manuel in Panggasinan - the beautiful & farm-rich province in Luzon being the latest target of loot, murder & rape by this newest Grim Reaper name "Pepeng". In the latter’s onslaught, Video footages of dashing and screaming locals were recorded as part and parcel of another shocking catastrophy in the country.

We can’t blame them,

Upon investigation, the extra-scenes of chaos in the land of salt [and now murky water] is courtesy of an unknown prankster whose deadly text message reads: "San Roque DAM is cracking and breaking". Upon the notion that a water explosion is looming, their terrified emotions were fed, their horror grew bigger and taller all the more. For some, however, tidal wave mugging won't kill them, but stampede and heart attack would.

Why not Run with the flow?

Had the text message turned word of mouth is true, the frightening volumes of waters to be emitted by this controversial 17 years old giant Dam would sure to devour them fast, much as they witnessed how the Grim Reaper butchered their shelter and assets in the blink of an eye. Soon escaping the false advent of "Hell and High water", they found themselves a mere laughing stock in the finish line, first by the psychotic-prankster who circulated the malicious rumor, second by humor-hunger viewers who labelled their presence of terror as silly, and absence of mind as pathetic. Poor Peeps.

I bet, even the smartest of psychic and brightest of crystal ball would find it impossible to pindown the culprit who may only be smiling from a distance while sipping hot coffee. And while their kind are plenty nowadays, they who gets duped are ALSO plenty nowadays. TSK.

The Bad Karma,

However, in the event of culprit's arrest, the suggested sentence for him or her is TO DIVE and SWIM San Roque's raging Dam for days - WITH NO RUBBER-BOAT, FOOD or LIFE-VEST SUPPORT. Fair? (lol!)

I researched 3 intimidating Factors to potentially rupture a firm water reservoir :

1. a Terrorist Attack.

2. a super Tyhpoon w/ matching Earthquake or Tornado Attack.

3. Attack on the Government fund aim to safeguard the facility's wellbeing. (this is more scary!)
